people will prefer regular diet because we are habitual of home food but

carbohydrates and all other vital elements. Eating healthy diet is best way
to get enough amounts of vitamins and minerals as per our body needed. Everyday
human body produce muscle, bone tissue, and skin tissue. To mixed up
with red blood which carries nutrients and oxygen to do outer functions. It
sends signal to our whole body through muscles.it also produce some chemicals
messengers which travel from one organ to another these all instructions which help
sustain your life.
Vitamins
and minerals are
play very vital role in our body they perform a several task in our body they
help us boost our immune system, heal wounds, not only repairs bone damages
but also cellular damages too, there are different vitamins and minerals
are present in our daily food. You must be heard about it such as vitamins
A, B, B-complex, like a B11, B12, C, D, E, K these are few names. lack of
these vitamins causes many diseases to our body like bleeding gums, blind, weak
bones and many more. Oxidation process cause the cell membranes and other
structures .so harms caused by free radicals it can lead to heart disease,
liver disease and cancers too. It also accelerates ageing process. cancers
triggered by damaged cell DNA. Carbohydrates are the supplier of energy. They

that person make him/her good individual in society. because healthy person is
strong enough to complete his/her responsibility.so basically a person what
he/she eat becomes like that; Everyone should eat such healthy and balanced
diet which not only help them to grow internally but also help to grow
externally. What is healthy diet food then which protects you from all
disease. Such as cancer, heart disease, eyes blindness, kidney disease, cell
damages, bones disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, low blood pressure and
many more.

diet food is should be a combination of different foods. which should
include;
Green vegetables
such as leaf vegetables, arugula,
broccoli rabe, celery, broccoli, salad green, pot herbals, lettuce spinch(
this is healthiest vegetable on earth as per the WTO report),asparagus,
curly leaf kale, many leafy plant have nutrients, because of their
photosynthetic tissues it is enriched by vitamin k and other nutrients.
Vegetable are low in calories and fat but enrich in protein, fiber, folate,
manganese and few vitamins. Also cabbage, capsicum, potato, carrot,
eggplant, pea.There should be daily consume of fresh fruits like, green
apple, kiwi, limes, green pears, avocado, honeydew melon, orange and many
more. Legumes lentils and beans.

which helps us healthy growth, and longer health benefits. As soon as we start
grows start drinking and eating mike and dairy products as many as

most of us know relative of broccoli ya right so as per report cauliflower
