I am sure most of the
people heard this Health Is Wealth, everyone knows health is very important
aspect of life but how many of us really try to be healthy and fit. let’s see which of the things makes us healthy;
Wake up Early in the
Morning
When I was young my
father always says everyday get up early in morning it will make you refresh &
increase your energy. I was too young to understand this. But it is really
useful habit lets see how it benefits you;
Studies have
suggested that when a people wake up early, he/she is more energetic and takes lesser time to do
a task that would take more time otherwise. He is also more adept in taking
better decisions, planning and achieving goals.
Mental fitness
One very significant benefit of waking up early is reduced stress level. When you rise early, it eliminates the need to rush in the morning.
Better sleep quality
Early risers often go to bed early. Getting up early is not something that should be followed irregularly but it needs to be established as a routine in your life. This translates into better sleep quality as your body’s internal clock adapts to your new sleep routine.
Mental fitness

University has identified that students who were early risers scored better
grades than those who were late to rise. Their GPAs were higher than the

throughout the day. A research has suggested that people who got up early were happier, not
just for a short duration but overall in life.
Do Exercise
Regularly
Well after you get up early
do exercise and yoga doing proper exercise at least for 40-45min makes you
strong and energetic throughout a day.
Workout like a Gym
Many people like to be
fit without going gym but there are many exercise that anyone can do it at home.
- Superman
- Push up
- Push up with single leg raise
- Plank
These are few exercise that anyone can do
easily at home. But if you want to do more exercise then you as per your
interest then do research about various exercise.
Yoga
Yoga is combination of
physical , mental and spiritual activity that will not only makes body flexible
but also makes you young isn’t it great .

Eat breakfast regularly
Morning breakfast play
a very vital role though out the day it fills your stomach and gives you
essentials energy after few hours of empty stomach during sleep our body
requires the nutrients.
Drink Water in All
Season
Our body is made of 70%
of water so drinking water at least 1-2ltr per day in all season even in rainy
and winter season because our body need water everyday.
Keep Healthy Diet
Eat all vegetable,
fresh fruits and whole grains include as many as you can in your overall diet.
there are some lean sources of protein fish, poultry, beans consume
dairy product as many as you can and stay away from junk food.
