Such as cancer, heart disease, eyes blindness, kidney disease, cell damages, bones disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, low blood pressure and many more.

Green vegetables such as leaf  vegetables, arugula, broccoli rabe, celery, broccoli, salad green, pot herbals, lettuce spinch( this is healthiest vegetable on earth as per the WTO report),asparagus, curly leaf kale, many leafy plant have nutrients, because of their photosynthetic tissues it is enriched by vitamin k and other nutrients. Vegetable are low in calories and fat but enrich in protein, fiber, folate, manganese and few vitamins. Also cabbage, capsicum, potato, carrot, eggplant, pea.There should be daily consume of fresh fruits like, green apple, kiwi, limes, green pears, avocado, honeydew melon, orange and many more. Legumes lentils and beans.

As soon as we start grows start drinking and eating mike and dairy products  as many as  you can.
